Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Midas (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Midas. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during signup and keep your profile up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that infringes others' rights.
• Post sexually explicit material involving minors, or any other illegal content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Midas a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

We may remove content that violates these terms or that we otherwise consider harmful, at our sole discretion.

6. Moderation

Communities on Midas are moderated by the community owners and moderators they appoint, and by Midas administrators. Moderators may remove content and ban users from their communities for any reason. You can report violations using the in-app report button.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or content quality. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
