Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to Midas 마이다스("Midas"), a social community platform published on Google Play by Speed Labs LLC. These standards apply to all Midas services and are intended to protect children, prevent abuse, and maintain a safe community for all users.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Midas has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Midas:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
- Requests for, promotion of, or facilitation of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Content that targets, identifies, or endangers minors for sexual purposes.
- Links, coded language, or attempts to direct users to off-platform services related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Any attempt to recruit, encourage, or facilitate illegal activity involving children.
Violations of these standards result in immediate enforcement action, including removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of the offending account.
Reporting child safety concerns
Midas provides users with an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report posts, comments, private messages, and user profiles directly within the app.
Users may also report child safety concerns directly to the Midas Trust & Safety Team.

When submitting a report, please include any relevant information, such as the content or account involved, screenshots if available, and any additional context that may assist our investigation.
Content review and enforcement
Reports are reviewed by the Midas Trust & Safety Team as quickly as possible.
When we identify content or behavior that violates these standards, we may:
- Remove violating content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
- Restrict account functionality while an investigation is ongoing.
- Preserve relevant evidence where appropriate.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations as required by applicable law.
Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
If Midas becomes aware of confirmed or suspected CSAM or other content involving child sexual exploitation, we will promptly:
- Remove the violating content.
- Disable or permanently terminate the responsible account(s).
- Preserve relevant records where appropriate.
- Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement agencies, or other appropriate child protection authorities when required by applicable law.
Protecting minors
Midas is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or use our services. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will promptly remove the account and any associated data in accordance with applicable laws.
Compliance with applicable laws
Speed Labs LLC is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Midas operates, including legal obligations relating to the reporting of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Child safety point of contact
The designated Child Safety point of contact for Midas 마이다스, operated by Speed Labs LLC, is the Midas Trust & Safety Team.
